Privacy notice

The controller under the GDPR is Phorgora, a civil-law partnership (GbR) of Halil Eralp Kocas and Zehra Conkuroglu Kocas. E-mail: hello@phorgora.com.

The form asks for your work e-mail (required) and, if you choose, your name, your company and whether you are a trader, an investor or incubator, or something else.

We use these details only to reply to you, find a time and hold the demo. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps you asked for before a possible contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our interest in answering business enquiries).

When you press Send, our website passes your details to Zoho CPaaS, Zoho's e-mail delivery service, which delivers them as an e-mail to our inbox. We do not keep form submissions in a database; the e-mail in our inbox is the only copy.

Both Zoho CPaaS and our inbox (Zoho Mail) are provided by Zoho Corporation B.V. (Netherlands) and hosted in Zoho's EU data centre. Zoho may give its support staff access from outside the EEA (India); that access is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and delivers this website. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare necessarily processes your IP address and technical request data (such as browser type and time of the request). We do not keep access logs ourselves.

Cloudflare acts as our processor. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (a secure, working website).

We use no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so your browser does not contact third parties such as Google when you load the page.

We keep your request for as long as we need it to arrange the demo and follow up. If no business relationship follows, we delete it within 12 months of our last contact with you.

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict its use or to hand it over in a portable format, and object to its use (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to hello@phorgora.com; we will answer within one month.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work.
